Arch Dunn Rotary Memorial Park:

The Arch Dunn Memorial Rotary Park Playground was erected by the Home Hill Rotary Club in 1963 in memory of the late Arch and Maud Dunn.

The Dunns were prominent business people in Home Hill and Arch was a foundation member of the Home Hill Rotary Club.

The park was upgraded in 2007 as a joint project by the Home Hill Rotary Club and the Burdekin Shire Council.

The official opening of the upgraded facility was carried out by Burdekin Shire Council Mayor Lyn McLaughlin. The day was a great success with a sausage sizzle and carnival organised by the Rotary Club.

Mount Inkerman Rotary Lookout:

The Mount Inkerman Rotary Lookout was erected by the Home Hill Rotary Club in 1993 and dedicated to the late Jan Benvenuti, wife of former long term member Kev Benvenuti.

The Club continues to maintain the site on a regular basis through working bees.

The lookout is a regular stopover for tourists who take advantage of the facilities provided and take in the spectacular views of the Burdekin district and Upstart Bay. It is also a welcome resting point for the numerous walkers who take on the steep and winding road for exercise.
